We aim to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. Since our products are food items (dry fruits) and specially packaged gifts, our return policy is designed to maintain hygiene, quality, and safety standards.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged during delivery

• You received the wrong item

• The product is defective or spoiled upon arrival

To be eligible:

• You must report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery

• The item must be unused and in original packaging (if applicable)

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used dry fruit boxes

• Change of mind after delivery

• Products without valid proof of damage or issue

• Customized or special-order gift boxes

4. Refund Policy

If your return is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (if applicable)

• In some cases, we may offer replacement instead of refund

5. Exchange Policy

We may offer replacements if:

• The item is damaged

• The order is incorrect

Exchanges will be delivered based on stock availability.

• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch

• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

7. Shipping Charges

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

• If a replacement is approved, Khuloos will cover re-delivery charges only in case of our error
